WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
-Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.
 
DO GUESTS RECEIVE ANY GOLF PLAYING PRIVILEGES?
-Yes, the private golf course is available for our guests use.
 
IS THERE INTERNET IN THE HOME?
- Yes, high speed wirless internet is provided.
 
IS THE HOME FURNISHED?
- Yes, you will find the home fully furnished.
 

DO GUESTS RECEIVE A GOLF MEMBERSHIP TO THE COUNTRY CLUB?
- No, golf membership is not included with the rental of the home.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
-Yes, the pool is heated upon request.
 
DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN THE HOME?
-Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our home due to allergies of our other guests.
 
WILL ALL OF THE UTILITIES BE WORKING PROPERLY IN THE HOME?
-Yes, all utilities will be working properly upon guests arrival.
 
IS BEDDING SUPPLIED IN THE HOME?
-Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.
 
ARE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES SUPPLIED IN EACH BATHROOM?
-Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
 
IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING IN THE HOME?
-Yes, the home has an efficient air conditioning system along with a heater.
