WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
-Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.
 
DOES THE HOME HAVE HEATING AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING?
- The home has heating but no air conditioning.
 
WHAT KINDS OF ACTIVITIES ARE THERE TO DO ON THE ISLAND?
- There are boardwalks, beaches, restaraunts, and shops.
 
IS THERE WIRELESS INTERNET IN THE HOME?
- Yes, high speed wireless internet access is provided.
 
IS THE HOME FURNISHED?
- Yes, you will find the home fully furnished.
 

IS THE HOME LOCATED NEAR ANY CASINOS?
-Yes, our home is located near the Montbleu, Harvey/Harrah's, Horizon, and Lakeside casinos.

DOES THE HOME HAVE A PLACE TO DOCK A BOAT?
-Yes, the home has a private pier and mooring.
 
CAN YOU WALK TO THE BEACH FROM THE HOME?
-Yes, the beach is only a block away.
 
DO YOU ALLOW PETS IN THE HOME?
-Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our home due to allergies of our other guests.
 
WILL ALL OF THE UTILITIES BE WORKING PROPERLY IN THE HOME?
-Yes, all utilities will be working properly upon guests arrival.
 
WILL THE YARD BE MAINTAINED DURING OUR STAY?
-Yes, the grounds will be professionally maintained during guests stay.
 
IS BEDDING SUPPLIED IN THE HOME?
-Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.
 
ARE TOWELS AND TOILETRIES SUPPLIED IN EACH BATHROOM?
-Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
