- what is your cancellation policy ?
-Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.

- Yes, there is a private boat dock with a duffy boat available for guests use.

-For the privacy of our neighbors, unfortunately we cannot host weddings or banquets

-Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our home due to allergies of our other guests.

-Yes, all utilities will be working properly upon guests arrival.

-Yes, the grounds will be professionally maintained during guests stay.

- Is bedding supplied in the home?
-Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.

- Are towels and toiletries supplied in each bathroom?
-Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
