• WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
  -Reservations will be fully refunded if cancelled within 180 days of the start of the rental period. A 90 day cancellation before the start of the rental period will be refunded by 50% of Lessee's deposit. Cancellations within 89 days before the start of the rental period will be forfeited unless owner can re-lease the property at market rate.

• Is the home furnished?
  - Yes, you will find the home fully furnished

• Does the home have heating and/or air conditioning?
  - - The home has air conditioning but no heater.

• How far away is the town of Kailua?
  -The town is about 10 minutes away.

• Is the town of Kailua walking distance from the home ?
  -No, the easiest way to get to down is by automobile.

• Is the beach child safe for children?
  -Yes, the beach is very child friendly and directly in front of the home.

• How far away is Waikiki from the home?
  - Waikiki is about 40 minutes away from the home.

• Do you allow pets in your home?
  -Although we love pets, we are unable to have them in our home due to allergies of our other guests.

• Will all of the utilities be running properly when i arrive?
  -Yes, all utilities will be working properly upon guests arrival.

• Will the yard and home be maintained as needed during our stay?
  -Yes, the grounds will be professionally maintained during guests stay.

• Is bedding supplied in the home?
  -Yes, bedding as well as pillows are supplied in each bedroom. Spare bedding is also provided.

Are towels and toiletries supplied in each bathroom?
-Yes, all of our bathrooms have towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Extra towels are also provided.
